Conference Participation Requirements:

  1. The conference abstracts must be formatted according to the provided template (LibreOffice). The Libertinus fonts must be used. Instructions for installing these fonts are included in the ODT template.

  2. The length of the materials should be 3–5 full A4 pages.

  3. Each author may submit up to two abstracts.

  4. The number of authors per paper should not exceed five.

  5. Self-citation must not exceed 30% of the total number of references.

  6. The text of the abstract must convey the main content of the paper and include: a statement of the problem in general terms; scientific novelty compared to known works; a brief presentation of the solution to the stated problem; conclusions containing the main obtained results.

  7. The submitted materials will not be edited. Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content, clarity of presentation, and accuracy of all data provided.

  8. The submitted papers have to be written in Ukrainian or English and should be properly formatted.
  9. The conference proceedings will be published on the conference website.

Participation Requirements for the Workshop “Cryptology and Data Security”:

  1. The paper must contain more than 9 A4 pages formatted according to the CEUR-WS ODT template (LibreOffice) or LaTeX Template. Please note: To properly use the ODT template, Libertinus font family must be installed! We do not recommend using Word or Microsoft365, as they typically produce PDF files that do not meet

  2. Submissions that do not match the topic of the workshop will be rejected.

  4. Signed authors agreement has to be submitted together with paper.
    Author agreement variants:
    1. AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets), and no material in the paper was produced with the help of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools including tools based on large language models (LLM). 
    2. AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement! Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or in accompanying material. Authors must append a copy of the permission(s) by the third parties to use this material to the signed author agreement!
  5. The first author must have at least 5 papers indexed on the DBLP platform.
  6. The submitted papers have to be written in English. Please ensure that the paper and agreement file names are correctly formatted. The following three files must be submitted:
    1. {First Author Surname}_ paper1.pdf; 
    2. {First Author Surname}_paper1.odt (LibreOffice) or {First Author Surname}_paper1.zip (LaTeX); 
    3. {First Author Surname}_Author-Agreement-paper1.pdf. 
  7. Proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication.
