Conference Participation Requirements
Document Length & Font Standards
- Page Length: Exactly 3–5 full A4 pages formatted according to LibreOffice ODT template.
- Font Family: Libertinus font family MUST be installed and used in the LibreOffice template.
- Language: Must be written in proper English.
- No Unedited Materials: Submitted abstracts will not be edited; authors bear full responsibility for clarity and data precision.
Authorship & Citation Rules
- Author Limit: Each author may submit up to 2 abstracts. Maximum 5 authors per paper.
- Self-Citation Cap: Self-citation must not exceed 30% of total references.
- Mandatory Text Sections:• Statement of the problem in general terms
• Scientific novelty compared to known works
• Brief presentation of the proposed solution
• Conclusions containing main obtained results
